Holiday Inn & Suites Parsippany Fairfield, an IHG Hotel

I booked a reservation for a good amount of days, and the hotel complimented my family and I with free breakfast even though I had not purchased that package. I really do appreciate that although I was not expecting it. The staff were not constantly asking me whether I needed something but someone was always there when I needed something, meaning, staff was attentive. Breakfast was the same all week but there was a good variety and the food was decent. thank you.

The front staff were inviting and very accommodating. Always a smile when we walked pass. Rooms are a nice size and housekeeping was polite and willing to help. LOVE the room darkening curtains - makes the room pitch black! LoL

Our room was clean and the staff were very friendly. We were originally given a 2nd floor room, but then offered a 1st floor, closer room which helped mom with walking. The price was reasonable.

Breakfast was varied , clean and well presented. Gym was well equipped even for Seniors , and very clean. The convenience of having an excellent Mexican restaurant next door was a plus.

The daytime manager was exceptional. He was attentive, empathetic and extremely knowledgeable. We would return to this location just because of him. I felt comfortable and knew that all my needs were being attended to because he was on top of everything.
